I was more than just tired, I was mentally exhausted... from trying to fight the noise around me that was doing the opposite of what i wanted to do which was to actually hold and cuddle my baby and not put her down! I didn't want to sleep train and leave my baby to cry, despite it feeling like everyone else was doing this and it feeling like it was the only way

Let me help you with a completely bespoke plan of action for fixing your sleep concerns, that totally aligns to your attachment led values How it works & what you'll be getting access to... • Access to my expert knowledge on sleep during the early years, what's what and what is biologically normal, what we can influence and what and how we can make changes • I look at the entire picture, which means I can analyse if there is anything that is deeper rooted within the sleep challenges that can be supported first • Specialist support and knowledge for reflux or suspected reflux baby's and baby's with unhappy tummy's. How it works and what you'll be getting access to •Pre-call Sleep Diary & Questionnaire You’ll receive a detailed intake form and sleep diary template to complete over a few days. This gives me a full picture of your baby’s current sleep patterns and your family’s needs. •In Depth 60 Minute Zoom Call We’ll connect live for a full hour. I’ll have already reviewed your diary and questionnaire in depth, so we can dive right into: •Reviewing patterns and your sleep challenges •Discussing your goals and what's important to you •Talking through the plan I’ve crafted based on your child’s unique needs •Answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a compassionate space for you to feel heard After our session, I’ll send you a written, holistic sleep plan for you to implement at your own pace. This will include strategies aligned with your family’s approach and value, nothing rigid or cookie-cutter.
